CBT is a talking therapy. Patients work with a therapist to understand the problems they face and to find solutions.

Kết quả xổ số Quảng NamCBT focuses on ‘here and now’ problems and difficulties. It can help you to identify and adapt how you think (cognitive) and what you do (behaviour) in order to influence your emotional wellbeing and physical symptoms.

At the first appointment, a CBT therapist will do a thorough assessment. The therapist and patient work to understand how thinking, feeling and behaving are related. Therapist and patient then identify helpful goals.

Kết quả xổ số Quảng NamFollow-up sessions are on an individual or group basis. The sessions are usually weekly and vary from six to eight sessions.

We will always ask your permission for students to sit in during your consultation. You do not have to have students present if you would prefer not to.
